There’s always an element of “What the hell just happened?” when it comes to the works of Venezuelan producer Arca and English artist Jesse Kanda. And boy, did they push it this time! This is nightmare material right here.

They just shared the first scene from TRAUMA, an ongoing collaborative effort between the two creators that features “the death of a salaryman, a drunk driving infant and takes place within a subconscious world.” Here we have three horrible, deformed babies dancing in sync to Arca’s “Knot,” from his mind-boggling mixtape, &&&&& (self-released, 2013). It looks like the baby from Ally McBeal doing the creepiest imitation of “Single Ladies” you can possibly imagine. Terrifying vibes. Visually, the video showcases a similar technique to the one used by Kanda on FKA Twigs’ “How’s That?” video, but seems inspired by the cover art of the mixtape’s vinyl release.

Watch the scary, disturbing, yet entertaining TRAUMA video below. Physical copies of &&&&& are gone now, but you can still download it for free on SoundCloud.
