Normally we’re not the type of outlet to publish about Pope news. But, this Pope happens to be from Argentina, and he also happens to have obliquely insinuated that our website is a blessing from the almighty. In a statement to the Catholic Church, el Papacito compared the internet and social media to a “balm which relieves pain and a fine wine which gladdens hearts.” He’s not wrong. For instance, these pictures of baby lambs on Buzzfeed really soothed my spirit.
Pope Pancho also added that the internet “is something truly good, a gift from God.” In which case, God should probably lay out some ground rules.
