Our new series, Soundcloud Selects, takes you through our top picks this week from the online platform’s forever-scrolling catalog of remixes, edits, bootlegs, unofficial releases, mixtapes, and more.

Zutzut – “RELACIÓN PASAJERA FT. ÑENGO FLOW (YOUTELLEM / ZUTZUT EDIT)”
@nunezferrara
The NAAFI collective have begun their ascension into a new realm of futuristic club music, making strides alongside contemporary movements like Teklife and Club Chemtrail. I’ve been obsessively playing Zutzut’s edit of “Tu No Tiene View;” I really hope a 320 version of this edit of Na & Killatonez ends up in my hard drive at some point… -Marco Gomez

Danilo ft. Happy Colors – “Me gusta tu cuerpo”
@deejaydanilo
Reminiscent of Tittsworth & Alvin Risk’s epic “Pendejas”, this Afro-Caribbean influenced Dutch house/hardstyle collab between Heerhugowaard’s Danilo and DR’s beat chameleon, Happy Colors, is totally great to enjoy in a huge sound system, like festival size, but some big speakers or headphones will nail it too. You’ll also need lots of energy drinks or drugs to dance how you’re supposed to dance to this shit, and we all know that’d be like a true Techno Viking, so you might want to hook up some glowsticks too. Oh, and by the way, don’t you dare call this moobahton. It’s not the same. -Eric Gamboa

Nick Hakim – “Cold”
@nick_hakim
Last week was a shower of grown n’ sexy r&b blessings: D’Angelo at Afropunk, and a Nick Hakim residency at Williamsburg’s Baby’s All Right. On “Cold,” Chilean-Peruvian DMV native Hakim delivers a croon so smooth it could relax a girl’s hair. Play this track at the end of the night to dramatically increase your chances of getting laid. -Andrea Gompf

Prince Royce – “El Tonto Fui Yo”
@princeroyce
This rip just appeared on El Mayor Clasico’s soundcloud yesterday and it’s a banger, withholding the obvious audio engineering lapses. No Prince Royce, “yo” fui el tonto, for not giving you enough credit. -MG

Svntv Mverte – “O’ No (Dembow Edit)”
Svntv Mverte is a keeper. Houston’s most recent power duo Sines and Panchitron is kind of like a total eclipse of the truest Texas. Two OGs together keeping it real for their city. “O’ No” is a perfect dembow hip-hop tune ready for any latino club. Highly perreo-friendly, especially for those who like to do it slow. Can’t wait to hear more from these Texan maestros. -EG

False Witness – Makina EP
@false_witness
This is blatant self promotion and I’m not here for your objections. Listen to my latest EP, which was debuted with Mixmag on Lit City Trax. -MG

Billion Dollars – “Latino”
@BLLNDLLRS
I just found this, and I was completely surprised when I found out the producer is from San Luis Potosí, Mexico. “Latino” is a track classified under a genre he and his close friends call “Satan Bass,” which really just is a fastened mix of hardstyle, trap, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, and soca. A fusion that is definitely unique and will, perhaps, continue to grow like moobahton once did. Trust me on this one. According to Billion Dollars, his track “Worldwide” is the first “Satan Bass” song ever been made. -EG
