Today is a great day for a couple of reasons:
1. I didn’t have to wear seven layers of clothes to navigate these New York streets.
2. It’s Ezekiel’s birthday and to celebrate he’s letting a new single go for free.99!
“Love You Babe” is no throwaway B-side cut. I can easily see this catchy trap song playing in a club in Las Vegas or Miami, making girls do all sorts of things for the ‘grams and snaps. Part of the beat reminds me of Major Lazer’s “Bubble Butt,” which, whether intentional or not, is fitting since the song’s hook is “everytime I see you from behind I say ‘I love you baby.’”
