They are f*cking back! Last week, Café Tacvba gave us a preview of their second single/music video off the 2012 release El Objeto Antes Llamado Disco, and it’s out today in conjunction with frontman Rubén Albarrán‘s birthday. So right about now, I’ll go ahead and take this brief moment to go off on a mini yet relavant tangent and give Rubén (aka Zopilotes de alas blancas y cabeza negra) a happy womb liberation day shout out! Okay, back on the video: visually, “Olita del altamar” features astounding landscapes of what I suspect is somewhere in Mexico, and of course this Mexican iconic band prancing around the way they best, as you can obviously see for yourself below.
