INCA, the Peruvian Ensemble, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, hosts this international event with the help of the Afrotango Ensemble feat. Juan Pedro Estanga and Laura Valle, Ara Tokatlian of Arco Iris, and Jorge Visconti’s Buenos Aires Tango Dance Group.
