The Latin Music Invasion Tour stops in Oakland with a night full of high-energy, danceable bands.  La Misa Negra, fresh off of opening for Chico Trujillo at the New Parish, is an Oakland-based band that mixes cumbia with other rhythms.  Likewise, El Sonido Callejero is a energetic and danceable music project charged with latin rhythms, rock, cumbia, nortenas and reggae influences.
Santos de LA and Vital also perform at the Vitus.
