What’s better than a concert in the park? How about a free concert in Central Park?! SummerStage and the Latin Alternative Music Conference (LAMC) have teamed up to bring Kinky, Los Auténticos Decadentes, 3Ball MTY, and DJ Raff to NYC…for free!
Saturday begins with Chile’s DJ Raff, a man famous for his beatwork in his home country, followed by 3Ball MTY, the boys of Monterrey, Mexico who introduced tribal guarachero to the world. Argentine rockeros Los Auténticos Decadentes will be there to share over 20 years worth of their latin-ska material. And finally, Kinky, who continue to ride high on the success of Sueño De La Maquina, will headline.
The show takes place on Saturday, July 14th, which is also the final day of the LAMC this year. Head to Central Park if you can’t make it to the conference to get a good idea on what you missed out on.
