Gustavo Galindo and Levi’s Want You

A couple of years ago this Mexican singer/songwriter received high praise from the likes of revered other-Gustavo, Gustavo Santaoalla for his Spanish language EP, La Ciudad. Then, this past March, he released his new, Santaoalla-produced album, Entre la ciudad y el mar, which went to Number 1 on the iTunes Latin pop chart. Now he’s hooked up with Levi’s to bring Remezcla readers a special treat.

The Levi’s Film Workshop is bringing you soulful singer/songwriter Gustavo Galindo’s new video, but they want your help! Two LA residents will get the chance to shoot behind-the-scenes, making-of footage of the video for Remezcla and Levi’s, to be posted on the site. Enter below! The lucky winners will be drawn July 8th, and the shoot will be on Saturday, July 9th. In the meantime, you can hear his sweet, simple lyricism and guitar-driven-pop sound in his singles Te Perdi and Barco de Papel.
